Here at Mrs. Brown's Daycare & Preschool we provide the best of both worlds! While in our care, our goal is to help your child(ren) develop the basic skills necessary to succeed for years to come. Skills are taught trough some of the following activities (but not limited to): Circle Time, Dramatic Play (Pretend Play), Art, Reading, Math, Manipulatives, Writing, Outdoor Activities, Science, Music, and Sensory activities. We also involve the children in daily inside and/or outside (weather permitting) physical activities to keep their "on the go - busy bodies" active and to improve their fine and gross motor skills.
Mrs. Brown's Daycare & Preschool was founded in 2004. We are a theme based developmental program. Our curriculum provides age appropriate learning activities, based on basic concepts. Your child will learn letters, numbers, colors, shapes, food group, sign language, countries, patterns, sight words, word families, and will be introduced to some bilingual words.
We are family-owned and operated right here in San Antonio. Since the day that we opened we have always treated each child in our care as one of our own. Other daycares may offer similar services, but our program is the best, and comes with a loving and personal touch.
